Our direct Client is looking for ServiceNow Developer with Mobile Agent App experience -6 Months Contract To Hire-Remote opportunity.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

Support the development and configuration on various areas including, but not limited to ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, Integration Hub, FSM, CSM, HRSD.
Design and develop / configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies.
Build workflow applications based on customer requirements
Formulate functional testing approach, test cases and document them, Support User Acceptance Tests and deploy code into Production in defined releases
Participate / conduct code walkthroughs with other team members
Support ServiceNow platform upgrades
Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements. Evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option and implement the solution
Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix identified SNOW system issues
Provide direction to on call/support team member to resolve issues quickly
Ability to learn and deploy new functionality / capabilities using ServiceNow platform to meet customer expectations.

Work Experience, Skills, and Certifications:

5+ years of experience working on ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
5+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / integration / administrative experience
Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (AngularJS),
PowerShell, XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.)
Experience configuring ServiceNow Mobile platform is a big plus
Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS based) ticketing systems /
applications like HPSM, Zoom, Workday is a plus
Experience interacting with customers to address/resolve queries.
A bachelor s degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with a Technology emphasis.
Service Now Administrator Certifications, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL foundations are big plus.

Education:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.

This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment.
The salary range for this role is 90-120 k/annum or Corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
