Trident Consulting is seeking a "Salesforce Developer/Lead" for one of our clients in “Concord, CA – Hybrid" A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Salesforce Developer/Lead(Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)

Location: Concord, CA – Hybrid

Duration: Contract to Hire

 

Required skills: Salesforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud (plus).

 

Summary:

  • Object oriented principles (not specific to salesforce)
  • How to build triggers, prevent recursion inside triggers, Apex, understanding flows vs LWC’s,
  • Experience with Visual studio code or salesforce approved IDE, salesforce CLI, modern devops practices
  • As this is a senior role, someone who can be a mentor or a trainer for others

 

Salesforce Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Flows.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and their application in Salesforce.

 

Development Tools:

  • Experience with Visual Studio Code or other Salesforce-approved IDEs.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce CLI for development and deployment.

 

Debugging and Problem-Solving:

  • Expertise in debugging tools and resolving complex technical issues.

 

DevOps Practices:

  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
