Description
We are in the process of recruiting a SAP Multi-Module Business Analyst to join our team in a remote position. The role involves tackling a variety of support tickets, utilizing your expert knowledge across a broad spectrum of SAP modules. This short term contract employment opportunity allows for remote work, making it an ideal role for those with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Independently handle and resolve a significant number of support tickets within the SAP environment
Leverage your expert knowledge in SAP modules including MM, PP, FI, CO, SD, HCM, SCM, and CRM
Analyze and troubleshoot complex SAP issues with minimal supervision
Deliver effective and timely solutions to clear the ticket queue
Utilize your problem-solving skills to manage and clear SAP support ticket backlogs
Handle cloud technologies and enterprise resource planning
Manage business process functions and configuration management
Apply your knowledge in SAP Modules and ticketing system
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in the SAP domain.
Proficient in Cloud Technologies, with a focus on integrating them into business processes.
Extensive experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, involving SAP modules.
Demonstrated understanding of Business Process Functions with a proven record of optimizing and improving them.
Proficient in Configuration Management, especially in SAP environments.
In-depth knowledge of various SAP Modules and their integration with other business systems.
Experience with a Ticketing System, preferably in an IT support or service desk context
