We are looking for a talented Commercial Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the optimization of our commercial operations processes.

The Commercial Operations Analyst will serve at the critical intersection of customer operations, technology, and CI (Continuous Improvement) with a focus on driving productivity and efficiency of the commercial team. Most critically the Commercial Operations Analyst will be charged with establishing and managing the necessary reporting, technology and process infrastructure to enable commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain current and implement new technologies as needed to support Duke's sales teams
- Collect, analyze, and interpret commercial data to provide actionable insights.
- Identify inefficiencies in current commercial business processes and recommend solutions.
- Manage update process and ensure accurate and timely updates of pricing
Job Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both customers and internal operations teams.
- Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders across departments to align with business objectives.
- Experience in inside sales or supporting key accounts, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for business needs.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, business analytics, marketing, or related commercial roles, with a solid background in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of delivering insights and proposals clearly to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or a related discipline).
