Electronics Test Technician

Title: Electronics Test Technician Entry level+

We are currently seeking a dedicated Electronics Test Technician to join our team! The position is part-time to start with the potential to grow to full-time - a great opportunity for electronics students.

Requirements:

• Troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuit boards.
• Must demonstrate competence working with SMT & through hole
• Must be competent with traditional electronics diagnostic tools, O-scope, DMM, etc., able to read/understand schematics and PCB layout.
• Must demonstrate competence soldering SMT and through hole.
• May be required to implement modifications to PCB s as directed by Engineers.
• PC skills a must, strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products. Will be required to utilize PC based testing/programming applications.
• Position also involves product testing
• Must demonstrate ability to work/communicate effectively with production staff, Engineer & Management.
• Specific experience with audio, networking or VoIP will be given extra consideration.
• May eventually be asked to provide technical support to customers.
• Position is partial work in office, partial work from home.

Salary negotiable based on experience.

Hours 8:30AM-5PM, hour lunch
