Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced JavaScript Developer to join our innovative software team. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performing, scalable applications using JavaScript. This includes working with our team to develop new products, improve existing ones, and create innovative solutions to complex problems. The role also involves working closely with other developers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that our software meets business requirements and delivers a great user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions using JavaScript (Angular and Node)
• Collaborate with other developers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand and meet business requirements
• Maintain and improve existing software to ensure its performance, security, and scalability
• Develop and maintain APIs for integration with other systems
• Work with MySQL databases to store, retrieve, and manipulate data
• Use AWS cloud services to build and deploy applications
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to improve code quality and functionality
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in JavaScript development
• Participate in agile development processes and deliver on sprint commitments
• Contribute to the creation of system documentation and user manuals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on JavaScript (angular and node)
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining APIs
• Extensive experience with MySQL, including database design, querying, and optimization
• Proficient in AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda
• Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks is a plus
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
