Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAS CI360 Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing, developing, and maintaining intuitive and user-friendly front-end interfaces within the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (CI360) platform. The role demands a strong understanding of front-end technologies, an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and expertise in SAS CI360 to deliver seamless customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front-End Development:
Design, develop, and implement responsive and dynamic web interfaces within SAS CI360.
Customize dashboards, reports, and other user interfaces for enhanced user experience.
2. Integration with SAS CI360:
Work with SAS CI360 APIs to connect front-end components with marketing data and analytics.
Ensure seamless integration of front-end interfaces with back-end systems and third-party applications.
3. UI/UX Design and Optimization:
Develop clean, scalable, and user-friendly front-end designs.
Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing layouts and intuitive navigation.
Optimize interfaces for performance, usability, and accessibility.
4. Testing and Debugging:
Perform rigorous testing of developed solutions to ensure high-quality performance.
Debug issues and optimize front-end components as needed.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with data analysts, marketers, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Provide technical guidance on SAS CI360 best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as a front-end developer, preferably with SAS CI360.
Hands-on experience with SAS Customer Intelligence 360 platform, including API integrations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
Other Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of digital marketing and customer journey optimization is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Experience in data visualization tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy standards.
