Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Areas of Opportunity:

• EASE: Enterprise Architecture & Solutions Engineering
• Improves standardization, create efficiency of choice, and empower decision making to increase execution speed. Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for platform strategy and solution architecture to help Ally employees understand the most efficient and accurate tools/technologies to use.
• SET: Strategy and Enterprise Technology
• Coaches, trains, and helps teams adapt cutting edge technologies that deliver efficiency and value. Amplify tech internally and externally through key channels and empower employees to feel comfortable and confident incorporating technologies to make Ally the best place in the world to deliver tech products.
• DPX: Digital Products & Experience
• Combines technology innovation and design innovation to revolutionize how customers interact with financial institutions to achieve their wellbeing. This organization leverages advanced analytics, efficient exploratory testing, and rapid testing environments to support data-driven decisions on opportunities for personalization and user experience.
• EDA: Enterprise Data & Analytics
• Centralizes data and democratizes analytics to drive real-time insights and enable a data culture across Ally. Includes design, development, and management of Ally's strategic cloud data platform (Nucleus) and other data warehouses, as well as analytics and reporting platforms.

The Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field of study preferred (graduating between July 2024 and June 2025)

• Effective and professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
