Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager situated in Richmond, Virginia. The role requires expert knowledge in the field of IT, specifically in systems, networking, and engineering. The focus of this position is on planning, directing, and coordinating activities in fields such as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. As a key member of our team, this role will be instrumental in the effective management of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration of systems and servers related network to ensure availability of services to authorized users.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to support the operational needs of the organization.
Handle the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current trends and issues in the IT field, including compliance issues and security risks.
Serve as the main point of contact for the management of customer inquiries and the resolution of any issues.
Ensure all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
Oversee the auditing of systems, ensuring their proper function and usage.
Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Dell Technologies, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
Employ skills in Active Directory, Auditing, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management.
Plan and execute system upgrades and changes, ensuring minimal impact on the daily operations of the organization.
Requirements
Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of Cisco Technologies
Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is a must
Requires experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Familiarity with Dell Technologies is required
Expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is essential
Must have a strong background in Active Directory
Auditing skills are essential for this role
Candidate should be well-versed in Backup Technologies
Knowledge of Computer Hardware is required
Experience in Configuration Management is necessary
