Technical Program Manager (remote)

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of IP4G focused initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams -Development, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Security - to deliver prioritized roadmap features and platform initiatives. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Create detailed project and sprint plans, manage dependencies, and ensure all milestones are delivered on time, with completeness and quality.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve processes.
• Coordinate release readiness reviews, manage release schedules, and ensure alignment of release milestones with broader program objectives .
• Track and report on quality metrics, release health, and proactively identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks.
• Lead work efforts across a diverse team (e.g., Engineering, Security, Product, Sales, and Marketing) ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
• Work closely with architects and engineering leads to define scalable, cost-effective, and secure cloud solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts, leveraging best practices to optimize performance and reliability.
• Proactively identify , mitigate, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards relevant to the product and ever-evolving security posture (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001/20243).
• Interface with the office of the CISO and remain accountable for IP4G security and compliance audit initiatives, testing, and evidence gathering efforts
• Participate in the creation and management of project and product artifacts (e.g., status reports, presentations, FAQs, product documentation, user-guides) to ensure clarity and transparency around project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track and report on KPIs and OKRs, ensuring transparency into program status, successes, and areas of improvement.

Required Qualifications
For this role, you will have:

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale software programs, preferably in Cloud, SaaS, or similar tech environments.
• A deep and practical understanding of Github in use of organizing and measuring multi-disciplinary bodies of work
• A solid understanding of cloud computing and modern application architectures (microservices, containers, serverless).
• Working expertise and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with software testing strategies (unit, integration, and automated testing) and release management processes.
• The experience to deep-dive into technical details and provide guidance on best practices.
• A proven track record of delivering complex technical programs on time and within budget.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, distilling complex concepts for varied audiences.

Expe ctations
In the first 30 Days, you will:

• Participate in onboarding sessions and familiarize yourself with, including, but not limited to the business outcomes and market, our Customers , existing documentation, product and infrastructure components
• Conduct introductory meetings with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to establish rapport and understand their priorities.
• Review current sprint workflows, project backlogs, and testing/release processes to identify potential quick wins or improvements.
• Begin mapping out immediate deliverables and dependencies, ensuring alignment with the broader strategic roadmap.
• Develop a concise and actionable 30/60/90-day plan and set of goals in collaboration with your manager, informed by your peers, setting clear outcomes and benchmarks for success.
