VRA/VRO Developer

A vRA (vRealize Automation) / vRO (vRealize Orchestrator) Solution Architect with vRA Development Skills is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using VMware's cloud management platform. This role focuses on creating automated workflows, integrating various IT systems, and delivering cloud services within an enterprise environment. Note: Look for developers who have built integrations with other APIs and Understand VRA from development stand point. Enterprise Content Management (ECM): Document Management: Organize, store, and track documents within a centralized repository (Eg. Nuxeo). Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end automation solutions based on vRA and vRO. Assess business and technical requirements to create scalable, secure, and resilient architectures. 2. Development: Develop custom vRA blueprints and services. Write custom vRO workflows to automate tasks such as provisioning, decommissioning, or managing resources in virtual or cloud environments. Develop XaaS (Anything-as-a-Service) offerings to extend the vRA platform's capabilities. 3. Operations and Support: Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing vRA/vRO solutions. Collaborate with operations teams to maintain and upgrade automation workflows. Key Skills and Tools: VMware vRealize Automation (vRA): Blueprint creation, catalog management, XaaS development, and cloud provisioning. VMware vRealize Orchestrator (vRO): Workflow development, scripting, plugin integration. Automation and Scripting: JavaScript, PowerShell, Python. ECM (Enterprise Content Management, Document Management and Organize Centralized Repository Eg. Nuxeo)
