Description

Job Description: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be required to lead the strategic direction of our Salesforce implementation in the healthcare sector. You will oversee all aspects of Salesforce administration including system configuration, maintenance, and integration with other administrative systems.

This role requires extensive experience with integration and documentation processes, project management, and business analysis within a healthcare setting. Salesforce certification is mandatory for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform in the healthcare domain.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure the system supports company objectives.
Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of Salesforce projects.
Design, implement, and manage Salesforce application configurations while adhering to best practices.
Ensure high levels of platform performance through troubleshooting and regular maintenance.
Manage data feeds, data imports, integrating multiple platforms, and other technical processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the IT team, external consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the overall Salesforce strategy.
Verify system data integrity and drive data hygiene initiatives.
Prepare necessary documentation of applications, enhancements, and procedures as needed.
Provide end-user training for all Salesforce users, creating and maintaining training materials as necessary.
Qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator Certification is a must.
Proven professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
Experience with business and technical requirement analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and data governance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and project management tools.
Excellent project management skills with experience managing end-to-end projects.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on details.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
