Due to continued company growth and client demand, we have an immediate need for a Structural Engineer with strong project management expertise. Ideal candidates will have a background in working on entertainment venues, theme parks, and outdoor events (temporary fixtures).
Relocation assistance is available - we will consider fully remote depending on location (NV or FL preferred).

Job Details
Is your background a match?
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree is preferred
* PE or SE license
* 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to completion
* Prior experience working on projects related to entertainment venues - temporary structures (concert stages, festival equipment, etc)
* Expert knowledge of industry-standard design and analysis software (Revit BIM)
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising on quality
* Strong commitment to health and safety, with a deep understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and standards
What will you be doing?
* Design, analyze, and inspect large-scale structural engineering projects, ensuring they are safe, stable, and compliant with regulations and standards
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise information about project specifications, potential risks, and proposed solutions
* Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and other engineering specialists, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, continually striving for excellence and innovation in all areas of structural engineering
* Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team
* Lead and manage project resources, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
