Job Overview:
AARA TECH INC. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization by analyzing complex datasets and delivering actionable insights. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about data, possess strong analytical skills, and can work collaboratively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business strategies.

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, databases, and reporting tools.

  • Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies, presenting findings clearly to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather and fulfill data requirements.

  • Create compelling data visualizations and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and other tools.

  • Apply statistical methods and predictive analytics techniques to measure and forecast business performance.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity by following data governance best practices.

  • Automate data collection, transformation, and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0 4 years of professional experience in data analysis or related fields.

  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.

  • Experience with statistical analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, or SAS (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline automation.

  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Compensation:

  • Starting from $70,000 per annum, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
