Job Summary and Business Objectives

The NetApp Business Insights leader plays a key role in leading analysis, insights, and recommendations that drive growth opportunities and organizational efficiency for Renewals and Customer Success. This role will be a strategic thought leader in the area of Customer Success and Renewal insights and project a clear and concise voice when it comes to data theories and business-critical metrics.

Activities and Responsibilities

  • Lead responsibility for the development and delivery of business intelligence strategy for Renewals and Customer Success Management
  • Use a range of data visualization and analysis techniques to present business insights that are both actionable and understandable to various internal and external stakeholders
  • Use and apply insight from external resources that help shape business direction
  • Work with various data owners to ensure data integrity, quality, accessibility, and applicability to end users
  • Effectively lead a team of Business Analysts, aligned to critical business initiatives and desired outcomes
  • Establish a cadence of interlocks with various business leaders such as Field leaders, GTM Operations, IT, Finance, and Business architecture across NetApp wholistically with the intent of collaboration, communication, and efficiency
  • Own and develop the continuous improvement cycle for the company. Identify and track the priority areas for improvement


Required Skills and Education

  • Minimum of 12+ years overall experience, including 5+ years of relevant people management experience with direct reports required
  • Excellent communicator, able to clearly identify and articulate key insights and recommendations to drive decision-making with Stakeholders at various levels
  • Proficient analytical, planning, and execution skills with strong attention to detail
  • Practical experience and knowledge of a range of quantitative and qualitative analytical tools, with examples of having produced recommendations that led to improvement
  • An enthusiastic and flexible working attitude with a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis and a willingness to support others


Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $175,770 - $247,060 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
