Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Operations Manager to lead and optimize our HR operational functions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of HR processes, policies, and systems, aligning them with organizational goals. This role involves managing HR operations teams, overseeing compliance, and driving process improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **HR Operations Management:**

- Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, and compliance.

- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR records and systems.

- Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.

2. **Policy and Compliance:**

- Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.

- Manage audits and reporting requirements, including HR metrics and compliance documentation.

3. **Technology and Systems:**

- Optimize HR systems and tools, including HRIS, to improve efficiency and user experience.

- Collaborate with IT and vendors to address system issues or implement enhancements.

4. **Employee Experience:**

- Partner with HR leaders to drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

- Act as a point of escalation for employee concerns related to HR operations.

5. **Process Improvement:**

- Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and reduce errors.

- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for HR teams.

6. **Team Leadership:**

- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR operations team to ensure high performance and continuous learning.

- Foster collaboration between HR operations and other departments to align HR services with business needs.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards. ).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
