Role : Senior ServiceNow HRSD Lead (Advisory Consultant)

Location: Remote



Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Consultant to lead and implement HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD module, HR process automation, and integration with other HR systems.



Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with 4+ years focused on HRSD implementations.
  • Strong expertise in HR Case & Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center (ESC).
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ADP.
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and UI Policies.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Security, Access Control (ACLs), and HR Data Management.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Chatbots.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM is a plus.
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards in ServiceNow.
