Data Analyst

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions, identify trends, and drive strategic growth. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Management:

* Collect and manage large datasets from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs).

* Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency.

* Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation.

2. Data Analysis:

* Analyze complex data using statistical techniques and tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).

* Identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights.

3. Data Interpretation and Insights:

* Interpret results and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

* Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and presentations.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement insights and drive business decisions.

4. Data Visualization:

* Create interactive and dynamic visualizations to communicate complex data insights.

* Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create reports and dashboards.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

* Present findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels (e.g., executive, management, team members).

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.

6. Process Improvement:

* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

* Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.

1. Education:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

2. Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.

* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Matplotlib).

* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

3. Soft Skills:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

4. Experience:

* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

* Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

2. Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

3. Certifications (e.g., Certified Data Analyst (CDA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
