Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Configuration/Integration Lead with expertise in HealthEdge technology to oversee and execute system configuration, integration, and optimization for our healthcare solutions. As a key member of our team, you will lead efforts to ensure seamless integration between systems and efficient configuration of HealthEdge applications, enabling smooth operational workflows and enhanced system performance.

Experience: 10- 12 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration: Lead the configuration of HealthEdge platforms (e.g., HealthRules Payor) to align with business and operational requirements.

Integration Oversight: Design, develop, and manage integrations between HealthEdge and other enterprise applications using industry-standard protocols and best practices.

Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical configuration and integration solutions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure configurations and integrations meet quality standards through rigorous testing, validation, and performance tuning.

Project Leadership: Lead integration and configuration projects, providing timelines, deliverables, and guidance to project teams.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integration workflows, and processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT, development, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize HealthEdge configurations and integration processes for better performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

HealthEdge Expertise: Proven experience with HealthEdge technology, particularly HealthRules Payor or other core HealthEdge solutions.

Integration Skills: Strong knowledge of integration methodologies, including APIs, HL7, FHIR, EDI, and other healthcare interoperability standards.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with integration tools and platforms, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).

Project Management: Experience managing configuration and integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare operations, claims processing, and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
