SYSTEMTEC is seeking Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Product Owner) for an onsite opportunity in sunny Columbia, South Carolina! Must have prior current work as a Product Owner. PMP is preferred.
Required Qualifications of the Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Product Owner):
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies
- Required to have Cisco Switch/Routing knowledge
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
- Required Work Experience: 8 years of IT business analysis experience.
Responsibilities of the Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Product Owner):
- The Product Owner is the one with the vision of what the business is going to do, make or accomplish.
- They are accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Team
- They are accountable for effective Product Backlog management:
- Developing and explicitly communicating the Product Goal
- Creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items
- Ordering Product Backlog items
- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood
- They may do the above work or may delegate, but they are ultimately accountable
- Works with stakeholders to effectively ensure that the Team is delivering value.
Work Location: Onsite - Columbia, SC.
