Customer Support Specialist from Corrugated/Folding Carton Industry
Fulltime Position
Fully Remote Work
Key Qualifications/Experience
- Prior experience with Imaginera or Encore (preferred)
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (a plus but not required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal guidance
- A self-driven approach to learning and preparation for training
- Beneficial Backgrounds/Industry Experience
- Customer Service experience is a top priority
- Candidates with experience at PCA (they use a version of Imaginera, but are not our customers)
- Experience in the corrugated, folding carton, or distribution industries
- Experience with honeycomb or hexacomb companies

- Candidates in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones (preferred for coverage)
