MuleSoft Developer

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a MuleSoft Developer for our client in the Engineering domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: Newark, NJ (Remote)

Salary: $45.00-$51.00/Hourly

Role Description: As a MuleSoft Developer, you must have at least 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for development, testing, support, documentation and deployment of APIs and Integration leveraging MuleSoft Anypoint platform

- Ensure the APIs & Integrations follow client standards

- Understand user stories/requirements, design and develop integration solution to meet the business and end user requirements

- Responsible for delivering high quality APIs & Integrations that meets acceptance criteria defined

- Conduct code review and maintain assets in repository following appropriate branching strategy

- Responsible for developing CI/CD pipelines

- Troubleshoot complex production issues with APIs, identify source of the issue and fix/work with the appropriate team to get the issue fixed

- Become a subject matter expert in MuleSoft Platform

- Continually analyze and innovate to develop the assets that improves the overall quality and success of the platform

- Provide mentorship to less experienced employees

Qualifications:

- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

- 2+ years of experience as developer with a focus on enterprise integration platforms

- 2+ years of experience in developing solution leveraging MuleSoft platform

- Expert knowledge of MuleSoft platform capabilities with experience of server administration and physical deployment (On Cloud, On Premise and Hybrid)

- In depth experience in all aspects of Agile software development lifecycle

- Technically savvy and proven experience in working well in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining strong relationship with stakeholders & teammates

- Experience implementing integration solutions using APIs and web services technologies

- Experience mentoring junior level resources, consultants, and clients while leading internal initiatives

- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary with a strong attention to detail

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience
