Qualifications:
- Workday Certification in Core HCM or relevant modules preferred.
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, etc.).
