About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Architect & Developer with expertise in NetSuite, to join a dynamic team that works with cutting-edge finance and operations systems. As a key player, you will design, develop, and optimize ERP systems, handling complex integrations, custom workflows, and system implementations that enhance business processes and efficiency.


This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and ERP architecture, who is eager to lead change management initiatives and improve core business functions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead ERP system design, development, administration, and implementation across multiple departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations).

  • Oversee NetSuite integrations, including SuiteScripting, custom workflows, and third-party integrations (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft).

  • Manage the full ERP lifecycle-from assessment and configuration to system architecture and deployment.

  • Customize financial reports, dashboards, and saved searches for sales, finance, and marketing teams.

  • Conduct training for key users on system usage, KPIs, and custom dashboards.

  • Administer Salesforce for CRM management, including workflows, opportunities, and custom reports.

  • Perform custom NetSuite module design (e.g., bank automation, inventory management, project management).

  • Integrate and maintain third-party systems (e.g., Shopify, WorldPay, Power BI, Amazon, Avalara).


Key Requirements:



  • Proven experience as an ERP Systems Architect/Developer with a focus on NetSuite (advanced modules, workflows, custom scripts).

  • Expertise in finance and accounting operations, including FP&A, cost accounting, multi-subsidiary/multi-currency accounting, and SOX compliance.

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation, customization, and integration with third-party systems (e.g., Celigo, Concur, Salesforce).

  • Strong understanding of GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and international tax.

  • Knowledge of project management, inventory management, and advanced procurement processes.

  • Experience with data migration from legacy systems and international A/P tax rebates.

  • Familiarity with various ERP tools and systems such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Coupa, and RF Smart.


Preferred Skills:



  • Strong coding knowledge in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.

  • Demonstrated leadership in change management and process improvement.

  • Experience in multi-book accounting and advanced revenue management.
