Job Details
Job Title: Architect - Customer Journey Orchestration
Target Start Date: 2-Dec-2024
End Date: 6-month contract minimum (project roadmap into 2026)
Location: Houston, TX
Travel: If not located in Houston, frequent travel should be expected at client site in Houston (3-days per week onsite)
Interview Process: 2 video interviews
Must Have Skills:
- Customer Journey Orchestration implementation experience
- Hands-on development and architecture experience
- CJO integration experience
Role Details:
- Deep experience in implementing a Customer Journey Orchestration module/system (Treasure Data CJO / Blueshift, Braze Journey Builder, Thunderhead ONE, Adobe Journey Optimizer)
- Experience in designing complex real-time and batch journeys with multiple journey stages and handling concurrent high-volume real-time events
- Tuning the journeys for optimized execution
- Experience in integrating the CJO to core activation channels such as Email / SMS / Web / App / Push Ntf.
- Experience in integrating the CJO to marketing automation platform (for message delivery), decisioning engine (for recommendations), CMS (for dynamic content) and CDP (for target customer segments/profile details)
- Experience in designing and implementing the platform performance governance construct (SLA adherence; monitoring; insights; alerting and ntf mechanisms; high availability; observability)
- Hands-on expertise who can both architect and develop
- Direct accountability for the outcomes of the team and ensuring all goals are addressed on time
- Data Engineering skills: CDP + Python, Java/Microservices
