Position: HR Business Analyst
Location: US Onshore/ 100% Remote
Duration: 7+ Months Contract

We are looking for a talented HR Technology Specialist who specializes in managing and optimizing Talent systems, particularly Greenhouse and other recruiting platforms. This role is essential for ensuring effective system administration, conducting workflow analysis, gathering requirements, and executing projects to enhance Talent and Recruiting functions.

  • Administer Talent and Recruiting systems to ensure seamless operations and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, documenting needs and assessing system impacts.

  • Identify and implement system enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

  • Partner with users and technology teams to ensure scalable solutions that are aligned with business needs.

  • Provide daily production support, troubleshooting system-related issues to maintain business continuity.

  • Participate in system upgrades and development projects, including analysis, testing, and deployment.

  • Lead special projects aimed at enhancing HR Technology capabilities through rigorous system testing.
