Job Details
Must have skills:
Experience in Tosca, Selenium & Commercial Banking Platform is a must
performance & Regression testing
Certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester or Agile Tester.
8-15+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 year in a lead role.
Proven track record of managing QA teams and leading testing efforts for complex projects.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
