Xerox is seeking both entry level, entry level candidates and experienced personnel who can perform manufacturing duties. You will be working in a state of the art, highly automated facility at our manufacturing headquarters in Webster, NY!

Schedule:

$19.25 per hour for B shift 2:30PM to 11:00PM; $19.50 per hour for C shift 10:30PM to 7:00AM

Job Duties:

Setup, operate and perform adjustments on automated filling and packaging equipment used for Toner packaging (filling systems, plugging robots, case packers, labelers, etc.

Load empty bottles onto automated filling lines while visually inspecting for quality and proper part numbers.

Keep pace with running toner filling/packaging equipment to ensure production goals are met.

Monitor product quality per manufacturing procedures including product sampling, visual inspection, weighing of bottles and cartridges during filling cycle, interfacing with quality assurance lab.

Interface with computer systems and perform basic troubleshooting using information provided by those systems (i.e., alarm messages, fault messages).

Perform changeovers of production equipment between different products, with the exception of Maintenance specific tasks.

Record relevant production data in log sheets or through computer-based systems.

Communicate with Engineering and Maintenance groups to resolve issues and minimize downtime.

Handling, monitoring and labeling inventory.

Workstation housekeeping and organization.

Job Requirements:

HS Diploma or Equivalent Required

Manufacturing Experience preferred but not required.

Must be able to work B or C shifts (Fixed shift will be assigned based on production needs and candidate availability)
