Responsibilities:
Skills & Experience
- Dene project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage schedules using tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with software engineers, architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Understand system requirements and integration points to guide development and implementation.
- Manage technical risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, QA, and support teams.
- Facilitate eective communication across project teams and executive leadership.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report on progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Adjust project plans as necessary based on changing priorities or constraints.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with nancial targets.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party contributions when needed.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize project impact.
- Oversee testing, UAT, and implementation phases to ensure successful deployment.
- Apply the appropriate project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project needs.
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups if using Agile.
- Manage phase gate reviews and documentation for traditional methodologies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (charters, plans, meeting minutes, status reports).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Soc2, HIPAA).
- Support organizational change management eorts tied to project rollouts.
- Drive user training, communication, and adoption strategies to ensure project success post- implementation.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related eld.
- 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale projects, leading IAM projects is a plus.
- PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP, CSM (Certied ScrumMaster), or equivalent certications.
- Proven experience managing IT projects end-to-end (software development, infrastructure, cloud, or data projects).
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Skilled in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Procient in project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Conuence, Trello, Smartsheet, or Asana.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps concepts.
- Familiarity with technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project progress, metrics, and performance.
- Proactive in identifying risks and proposing eective mitigation strategies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including remote or oshore resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate, coach, and inuence team members.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership, business users, and third-party vendors.
- Skilled in managing expectations, facilitating decision-making, and resolving conicts.
- Ability to align IT project outcomes with business objectives and ROI goals.
- Experience managing projects with regulatory or compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
