Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with expertise in RADIENCE and PATHFINDER to join our remote team in Canada. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles, business analysis, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will drive the implementation, upgrades, transformations, and enhancements of RADIENCE and PATHFINDER solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:-
Serve as the lead business analyst and Scrum Master, driving project success.

Analyze and document business requirements for RADIENCE and PATHFINDER projects.

Oversee the full product lifecycle of RADIENCE and PATHFINDER, from inception to deployment and maintenance.

Provide hands-on development expertise in RADIENCE architecture.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or functional-level expert for PATHFINDER.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system functionality and business processes.

Lead teams in Agile environments, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and execution of tasks.

Work closely with software developers to implement changes and enhancements.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices and software development methodologies.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and development teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

10+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 8 years in a similar software engineering role.

Proven track record in RADIENCE and PATHFINDER projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Expertise in RADIENCE product functionality and architecture.

Functional-level expertise or SME experience with PATHFINDER.

Experience with Ingenium (working level) and ProductXpress (working level) is a plus.

Knowledge of life insurance products, including whole life, term life, disability, universal life, wealth, and health products.

Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.

Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, SQL, VSAM, REXX, CICS, MQ Series.

Proficiency with Windows, Unix, and AIX OS platforms.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Deep understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and software development best practices.
