Overview:
Highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst with a strong command of SQL and exceptional communication skills. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders including C-Level executives to discover and understand key requirements, even when information is limited. As a Senior Analyst, this person will act as a trusted partner, turning ambiguous business needs into structured data solutions. Ability to dive deep into the data, craft robust SQL queries, and present insights in a clear, compelling way will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, ask probing questions, and clarify data needs, acting as a master of discovery.
- Tweak requirements to accomplish goals, Analyze, design, and build data tables, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, even with minimal initial information.
- Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data across multiple databases.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver clear and actionable presentations of data findings, ensuring stakeholders at all levels understand key insights.
- Develop strong partnerships across teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data workflows and optimize query performance.
