Program Manager - IT

 Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing large programs with multiple technical projects
• Experience in application development project management
• Good familiarity of project management toolset
• Should have financial management experience at the program level. Should be able to articulate financials with stakeholders
• Proven experience working with external vendors
• Maintain direct communication with Business teams and IT stakeholders to ensure accuracy on individual projects and the overall status of the programs
• Escalate any major roadblocks or risk factors as needed and work towards initiating activities to quickly resolve issues
• Work effectively with other departments ensuring a smooth and productive flow of communication
• Should be able to map dependencies at the program level

Required Skills

• PMP or Agile certification preferred
• Should possess Waterfall experience
• Prior experience in a technology focused program management role
• Strong people facing and presentation skills
• Successful track record managing multiple projects and portfolio of projects
• Strong financial acumen
• Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
