Leidos has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Systems Engineering Integrator to support the Health and Human Performance Contract (HHPC) at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
This role is responsible for performing system engineering integration within EVA and Human Systems Mobility Program (EHP) for Artemis lunar surface missions. Tasks include: performing cross-program integration between EHP and Gateway for interfaces, ground rules and assumptions, agreements, and leading trade studies. This position will work at Johnson Space Center within a large System Engineering and Integration (SE&I) team and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform EHP program-to-program integration with Gateway (primary) and Human Landing System (HLS) (secondary) Programs.
- Coordinate interface requirements and products, agreements, and ground rules. (e.g. Interface Requirements Documents (IRDs) and Joint Technical Agreement Memos).
- Provide integration leadership for trade studies that potentially impact cost, risk, and schedule for implemented cross-program interface requirements/ agreements which include summary packages for board decision.
- Assist in the development of integrated mission integration products between EHP and other Moon-to-Mars programs.
- Perform program-to-program system engineering integration by coordinating inputs, resolving issues, and providing day-to-day support to cross-program integration team activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field and 10+ years of applicable experience
- At least 3 years of experience integrating and/or leading integration for cross-program interfaces for NASA or NASA providers
- Experience in system engineering integration
- Experience in production of Interface Requirements Documents (IRDs) and/or Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
- Self-motivated and proactive in integrating/communicating with others without a lot of hands-on direction
- Ability to identify integration concerns and gaps in information and communicate concerns to leadership in a diplomatic and constructive manner
- Skilled in identifying problems, researching, and analyzing information and applying and interpreting concepts and principles to achieve solutions
- Ability to perform cross-program integration with multiple people for various purposes in parallel.
- Well-developed skills in both written and verbal communication
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing and/or documenting formal NASA cross-program agreements
