IT Support Role (L2)

Our client is seeking a sharp, solutions-focused IT professional who knows their way around servers, systems, and support escalations. What You ll Do:


  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support across a Microsoft-based environment.
  • Resolve complex server, AD, DNS, and IIS-related issues with precision and urgency.
  • Support and maintain Windows operating systems, including patching and performance tuning.
  • Work within ServiceNow to document, escalate, and track incidents and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure-related service disruptions.

What Gets You the Job:


  • Strong troubleshooting experience with servers, Active Directory, DNS, and IIS.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft technologies.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool for ticketing and escalation.
  • Ability to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes in high-pressure scenarios.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong documentation and communication skills.
