Description

We are offering a 90 day contract to permanent hire employment opportunity for a Product Technical Support Analyst in Clearwater, Florida. This role exists within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. The Analyst will be part of a supportive team, providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting hardware issues, and maintaining documentation. Must be inclined to troubleshooting type skills from a natural acumen standpoint in order to walk customers through proprietary equipment issues that are offered by our client.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers, addressing their product-related queries and issues.

Utilize critical thinking skills to solve complex problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate effectively within a team, contributing positively to the shared goals.

Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating the ability to de-escalate situations as needed.

Handle inbound calls in a call center environment, maintaining a detail oriented and positive demeanor.

Develop and maintain documentation, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Requirements

Proven experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry
Previous role as a Product Technical Support Analyst or similar
Proficiency in handling inbound calls in a call center environment
Ability to provide high-quality technical support to clients
Strong understanding and capability in hardware troubleshooting
Knowledge and experience in working with mechanical systems
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Ability to maintain a calm and detail-oriented demeanor in challenging situations
Willingness to continually update knowledge of industry standards and improvements
Availability to work in shifts or on-call as required by the organization.
