Job Title: Marketing Specialist Duration: Long term contract Location: San Jose, CA/Raleigh, NC (Remote) Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Specialist, Americas Channel [contractor] will report to the Director, Americas Channel Marketing and will be responsible for supporting the 4 Americas National Partner Marketing Managers.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Event Logistics Event logistics for regional webinar/seminar series Source venues, negotiations, and payment
  • Event materials outbound and return and notification to prepare for onsite
  • Ensure setup readiness - signage, seating, AV, etc.
  • Source custom promotional materials & giveaways as required online store
  • Copywriting Assist with light copy writing for invitations and flyers as needed to support activities & engagements
  • Marketing Automation
  • Oversight of CM requests for invitations, list builds, and registration sites/landing pages working with our Marketing Operations team
  • Oversight of FM list uploads working with our Marketing Operations team Budgeting and Payment Processing
  • Manage payment requests information
  • Coordinate event budgets and reconciliations
  • Team Coordination and Management
  • Update North America events calendars and Hub Page

Key Job Requirements:

  • Self-Motivated and positive attitude
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to serve as virtual team support
  • Proven organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience working with and supporting channel marketing a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of products (word, excel, PPT), SFDC.
