Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Business Requirements Coordinator to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee. You will work for DTS as our employee while working for our client in Harrisburg. You will:

  • Work remotely for most of the engagement but will need to work on site on the first and last day of the engagement to inventory your equipment.
  • Possess strong administrative skills to manage business requirements for the client s business approval process.
  • Focus on facilitating and processing client requests received by the delivery center from supported client agencies.
  • Ensure good communication with the client s customers throughout the process.
  • Work with a business approval process that is long and complex, with a current backlog of requests.
  • Work directly with customers in our agencies to gather and document business requirements needed to comply with established policy and procedures within the organization.
  • Gather, prepare, and submit information and documentation to the various security, legal and administrative approvers required in the process.
  • Meet with a diverse group of stakeholders, to include legal, business, and security teams, to help ensure timely processing and approval of business requests.
  • Review, interpret, and provide input on contract agreements and other business-related contractual documents.
  • Collaborate with vendors ensuring clear communication of requirements and cloud use documentation where required.
  • Research if there is an existing solution in use that would meet the documented business needs.
  • Provide general guidance to our customers on the business approval process and its underlying policies and processes.
  • Track and manage backlog of requests.
  • Facilitate requests for additional information that may arise during the approval process.
  • Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for both agency and delivery center staff.
  • Work a 37.5 hour work week.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Self-starter who is extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 2+ years full-time experience managing projects, program management, or process administration (does not need to be in an official capacity as a project/program manager).
  • 3+ years full-time experience dealing directly with customers.
  • 1+ years of experience in vendor management.
  • Strong leadership skills.
