Summary: We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Technical Program / Project Manager that is able to manage multiple complex programs / projects and drive results. This role is responsible for four separate areas: M&A, Business Continuity, Software Development and Technical Integration. This role requires that you have the ability to quickly building rapport across multidisciplinary teams.

- Lead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and on-the-ground leadership.
- Drive and influence technical strategy, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for a broadly cross-functional area.
- Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations without authority.
- Deliver timely, effective, easily understandable, concise project deliverables including project plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation, strategies, stakeholder coordination and status communication.
- Communicate across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical rollouts and features to non-technical audiences.
- Handle high volume workloads and provide exceptional customer support.
- Accountable for driving delivery of projects from start to finish.
- Ability to manages external resources; vendors and contractors when required.
- Drive sprints and scrums across various teams where appliable
- Independently manage teams and help groups problem solve.
- Facilitate meetings, discussions and document key decisions made.
- Manage tight deadlines.
- Effectively manage stress in accomplishing the foregoing list.
- BA/BS in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 5+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company. Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects.
- PMP or CSM Certifications
- Experience managing M&A projects from an IT perspective.
- Experience managing Business Continuity Projects.
- Experience managing complex software development and integration projects
- Ability to work on multiple teams in highly autonomous environments.
- Display a competency in managing multiple projects.
- Project Management expertise and experience.
- Detailed oriented, task master and communicator.
- Aligns and leads project teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Manages work with practicality and wisdom in the midst of competing priorities and diverse personalities.
- Ability to influence internal and external team members without direct reporting authority
- Experience with communicating sensitive and impactful changes to a broad technical audience.
- Experience distilling complex technical information and conveying to different types of audiences to enable quick decisioning.

- Demonstrated experience with operating autonomously across multiple teams to foster cross-functional working relationships. Includes working with and communicating with multiple partner teams and cross-functional partners.
- Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
