Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Guidewire Developer with a strong background in the London Market and Lloyd s insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter and a deep understanding of the unique requirements of the UK insurance market.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Guidewire solutions (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) tailored for the London Market/Lloyd's insurance sector.
Customize and configure Guidewire applications using GOSU and Java.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Integrate Guidewire applications with third-party systems using web services (SOAP/REST).
Work with offshore and onshore teams to manage end-to-end development life cycle.
Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and system architecture planning.

Required Skills:
10+ years of experience as a Guidewire Developer.
Strong hands-on experience with GOSU, Java, XML, and web services.
Proven expertise in London Market and Lloyd s insurance standards and workflows.
Experience with Guidewire modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
Familiarity with Guidewire Data Model, Product Model, Rules, and UI components.
Solid understanding of integration frameworks and tools used in Guidewire.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Guidewire Certification (Developer or Specialist).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prior experience working with global insurance clients or brokers in the UK market.
