Job Details

Description:
Must install, troubleshoot, and maintain video and data cables and copper and fiber cabling infrastructure as per the standards of the organizations where they work. Must be willing to work overtime.
Installing, maintaining, and repairing cable infrastructure.
Performing maintenance on existing cabling systems.
Testing newly installed or relocated cables according to company specifications.
Identifying and removing redundant cabling.
Installing of televisions, routers, and internet technology devices.
Troubleshooting issues with the cable network.
Installing of cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and innerduct.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Walk job sites in uneven terrain Work in extreme climates Work at heights and from ladders Regularly lift and/or move up to 39 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 40 pounds or more Bend or twist the body into unusual positions while working Push or pull heavy objects into position Work in noisy environments
Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or other related fields
Familiarity with telecommunications equipment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to read blueprints
Must have clean BG, tools and reliable transportation
