Job Overview:
Milwaukee County is looking for a Salesforce Implementation Specialist to lead the integration, customization, and support of Salesforce solutions for government operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce for county workflows (dashboards, reports, APIs).
- Migrate data from legacy systems and integrate with tools like Microsoft Outlook.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct training sessions.
- Provide technical support, create documentation, and ensure compliance with government standards.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Salesforce implementation experience, ideally in government.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator or Implementation Expert).
- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and third-party integrations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with Jira.
