IAM Analyst (W2 Contract) | Boston/New York

Contract Length - 12 Months

Rate - $60 - $75 PH based on previous experience

Hybrid - Boston/New York - 1 day on-site

Opportunity for IAM specialist to work for global financial specialists, on a minimum 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize IAM architectures to ensure secure management of user identities, authentication, and access privileges.
  • Conduct risk assessments and address IAM-related issues to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Monitor user activity and conduct regular audits to certify access rights and entitlements, ensuring adherence to IAM governance.
  • Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments, including user account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions, streamline processes, and provide ongoing technical support for IAM-related inquiries.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in IAM.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, access governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
