Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy complex Appian applications to automate business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design optimal solutions.
- Integrate Appian applications with third-party systems and databases using industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Appian features and functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years specifically focused on Appian development.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying complex Appian applications.
- Strong understanding of Appian architecture, including objects, processes, data models, and integrations.
- Proficiency in Appian SAIL scripting language.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Appian API and web services.
- Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure).
- Appian certifications (ACP, ACX)
- Experience working in an enterprise environment
