Role: UKG Consultant (Timekeeping/Accrurals/Attendance) Duration: Long term Location: Remote
We are seeking a skilled UKG Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance Specialist to manage and optimize our workforce management processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software, including modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting payroll and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot UKG Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules.
Ensure accurate timekeeping data entry and monitor system-generated data for payroll processing.
Manage accrual balances and adjustments for vacation, sick leave, and other time-off types.
Analyze attendance data, generate reports, and flag discrepancies.
Train HR and payroll staff on timekeeping systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Work with cross-functional teams, including payroll, HR, and IT, to support and enhance UKG system functionality.
Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new UKG features or modules.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience working with UKG (Kronos), specifically Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, timekeeping, and payroll practices.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
