Job Description:

Summary:
  1. The Web and Digital Applications Analyst is primarily responsible for providing subject matter expertise to support, manage, and enhance the City's Web and Digital properties - City Websites, Intranet (SharePoint), M365, social media and other related applications.

**** SharePoint administration experience IS REQUIRED including migration to O365 SharePoint Online

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, CIS, MIS or equivalent.
  2. Web and Digital domain area expertise required in the following: Web Content Management, SharePoint
  3. Expertise in Administering M365
  4. Social Media domain experience strongly desired
  5. At least 5+ years' experience working as a Web/Digital application analyst or similar
  6. Microsoft Office 365 desired
  7. Knowledge of Responsive Design, Content Strategy, Search Engine Optimization, Cross Channel Social Media Optimization, Data Visualization / Dashboards, Analytics
  8. SharePoint administration experience highly desired including migration to O365 SharePoint Online
  9. Knowledge of HTML5, Java Script, CSS, IIS
  10. Knowledge of security - PCI, SSL
  11. Ability to communicate with end users and vendors.
  12. Understanding of client server technologies and relational database concepts desired
  13. Knowledge of SDLC methodology desired
  14. Ability to manage small projects/upgrades.
  15. Leadership skills - ability to mentor staff, track workplans to ensure timely delivery of functionality.

Responsibilities:
  1. Typically works under the direction of the Applications Program Manager.
  2. Respond to Customer Service Requests as required.
  3. Receive Service Requests relating to fixes, fails, and proposed system changes. Perform initial troubleshooting and support identification of root cause of Incidents. Escalate Incidents as appropriate or to another third-party vendor as required. Follow through on processing Incidents and drive resolution. Produce timely Incident reports documenting system downtime.
  4. Provide data analysis for Web metrics.
  5. Monitor websites for issues such as quality, accessibility, and work with departments to resolve.
  6. Follow change control procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain technical and operational procedure and work instruction documentation.
  8. Act as a liaison between the Customer and other third-party vendors. Create and track Service Requests from inception to completion. Create and track enhancement requests from inception to completion,
  9. Create test plans / cases for enhancements, and coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing.
  10. Coordinate with other service towers to ensure application technical requirements are met.
  11. Defining, documenting, and operationalizing:
  1. Process for Microsoft 365 and Azure AD access and authentication holistically
  2. Microsoft 365 governance and compliance
  1. Administering and facilitating broader user adoption of M365 tools, utilizing all aspects of M365 capabilities and driving continuous improvement
  2. Providing overall, cross-functional architectural leadership and oversight for M365 platform from applications point of view.

Pay Range: $50 - $53 Hourly

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
