What you'll be doing...

We are looking for an experienced Creative Operations Manager to join our marketing team at Client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, with a drive to design and deliver innovative project management solutions. We expect our Creative Operations Manager to take ownership of the creative operations process, while working collaboratively with teams across the organization.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, 6+ years (10 ideal) of experience in marketing operations, and a proven track record of developing and executing creative campaigns, managing project timelines, project paperwork, creative project finances, and logistics. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with teams of diverse backgrounds and skills.

-To do the job well this person needs prior experience with managing creative operations, complex approval processes and the business side of creative campaign operations. This person has a strategic mindset: they evaluate existing workflows and implement new processes, leveraging direct experience and more so by leveraging data.

-Being an expert in the creative, pre, production, and post production process helps them understand how a business decision affects creative teams and makes them a fair voice for setting and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).

-Experience with using, leveraging, and implementation of marketing automation software and tools is an advantage. If you have the required qualifications and are passionate about working with a dynamic and innovative team, we want to hear from you.

-Own end-to-end creative operations and production building relationships between creative, cross-functional teams, and leadership.

-Build, pitch, and manage creative and production budgets (Working closely with our marketing, finance, and data teams).

-Maintain ongoing creative production plans for creative campaigns that include TV, print, illustration, and photoshoots

-Collaborate with the marketing team on road mapping creative resources with a shared calendar to ensure resources are available.

-Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.

-Collaborate with external vendors or agencies as needed, ensuring effective partnerships and project delivery.

-Anticipate challenges, roadblocks and potential delays and proactively provide recommendations and contingency plans

-Participate and support the creative lead in managing operations, financial, and project planning for VVB brands.

-Stay up to date with agile methodologies and tools that can aid in efficient operations that lead to effective decision making.

-Have a keen understanding of the creative & campaign development process starting from strategy, development, execution, and measurement.

-Work closely with the media team and agency to develop project plans and operations frameworks tailored to creative and track messaging placements and reference relevant data to help drive future creative decisions.

-Support the Head of Creative and partners with the digital media team to develop communication programs, project plans (social, digital advertising,) and analytical/performance processes, read out calendar, and report templates.

-Responsible for developing an operations plan for the marketing production budget and timings in collaboration with Head of Creative - Volume Brands .

-Assisting campaign managers on implementation/execution of complete digital and traditional marketing plans operations.

-Providing support for the day to day operations execution of multi-channel communications to existing and prospective Wireless customers in collaboration with agency project managers to ensure maximum collaboration, efficiency and impact.

-Crafting and delivering actionable creative, finance, and performance operations recommendations to senior leadership through data-driven analysis and visualization for executive decision-making.

-If there are inefficiencies in an existing process, the creative operations manager should identify those complications and simplify your procedures or build new ones.

-This manager is the keeper of the digital asset management creative drive ensuring that creative campaign files, campaign toolkits, talent usage, legal, and financial records are stored in one place, making assets easy to find and repurpose across your campaigns.

What we're looking for:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing,, and MBA or other advanced degree, a plus. [Project Management & Scrum certifications highly preferred.]

-Passionately organized but also open-minded and nimble when situations arise to complicate your creative team's schedule for any given week.

-A highly collaborative team leader with a proven track record in effectively leading, managing, mentoring, motivating and inspiring others.

-Previous agency and campaign development & productions experience is a must within the telecom/tech category preferred.

-You are self-motivated, proactive, growth mindset and driven-yet-diplomatic leadership style

-Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to changes, processes, and structure.

-Forward-thinking with a balance of analytical and creative thinking.

-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

-Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite

-Self-starter with great organizational skills and the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results confidently

-Exceptional sense of urgency, positive mindset with a strong aptitude for learning and problem-solving

-Proficiency with writing and executing on marketing, creative, and finance project plans

-Experience with A/B testing platforms and focus group research operations ideal.
