Description:
* We are seeking a Data Management and Analytics Specialist to join our team and support efficient data management and advanced analytics capabilities across the organization.
* The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level data analytics programs.
* This role involves leveraging data infrastructure tools, scalable systems, and modern technologies to provide actionable insights and enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing and preparing large datasets for reporting, dashboards, self-service, and advanced analytics.
* Building and supporting enterprise-level data analytics programs using data warehousing, analytics platforms, and big data technologies.
* Developing, standardizing, and supporting technology platforms with industry-leading ETL solutions.
* Utilizing agile BI and ETL practices to address interim data preparation needs for data discovery.
* Ensuring scalable and high-throughput system design and operation.
* Communicating insights effectively and resolving technical challenges.

Required Skills:
* 5+ years of experience designing and developing ETL pipelines using programming languages or frameworks for data analytics.
* Strong understanding of data warehousing methodologies, ETL processes, and dimensional data modeling.
* Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with database design for large data volumes.
* Experience with workflow tools and big data technologies in high-volume environments.
* Proficiency in collaborating with business users to gather and refine requirements.
* Bachelor s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technology field.

Desired Skills:
* Experience implementing large-scale databases and data warehouses (20+ TBs).
* Knowledge of advanced database performance techniques, such as table partitioning and optimization.
* Familiarity with reporting tools for visual analytics and dashboard creation.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $61.25-$87.50/Hr
