Education and Experience »
- 3+ years of experience is required.
- Working knowledge with SQL is a Plus.
- Marketing experience is a Plus.
- Telecommunication experience is a Plus.
- Good experience with Microsoft Office such as PowerPoint, excel.
- Cross functional number of different teams for aligning those goals.
- Should have good Communication Skills.
- Project Management is needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders that are necessary to influence the execution that drives and sustains the business.
- Initiates and maintains programs to improve customer retention, including but not limited to proactive retention efforts and special projects supporting Xfinity Mover churn reduction.
- Translates data and insights into cohesive presentations for executive leadership.
- Leads with positivity and a well-established growth mind-set.
- Collaborating with the Business Intelligence team and other analytics leads to defining requirements and analyzing complex data sets.
- Maintains coordinated effort across org to continuously prioritize roadmap items and facilitates execution within needed timeline.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
