Manager (with Dealership experience) _ 2+ years _ Hybrid @ Warren, MI
The day to day for this individual will change everyday but they can expect to connect with the field, call and email dealers and help with dealer issues.
This group manages the store that is the mechanism for dealers to order accessories to distributors. This is also the application used that dealers manage e commerce orders so we are the ecomerce account supervisors. We help dealers with anything related to ecommerce, example – I have an issue on the estore, issue with order, payment, etc. Any support the dealers need this individual will be responsible for.
Job Responsibilities:
Liaison between Dealer's and the DSP team
Perform program enrollments with dealers
Provide dealers support on the DSP platform and program
Lead training initiatives with the dealers
Level 2 escalation point for consumer call center
Project management experience preferred Ideal candidate has worked with Dealers and customer service capacity before. Automotive preferred but any customer service rep would be great. | |
