Job Details

Role: Business Analyst/Consultant IV

Location: Madison, WI

Duration: 1+ Year

Required Skills & Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in the following:

  • Maintaining and vendor-managed software, performing maintenance, testing, upgrades, and configurations.
  • Communicating software configuration with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Working with external stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations.
  • Experience engaging with users to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
  • Existing knowledge of EHR / EMR Systems.
  • Existing knowledge of implementing and integration new analytics and reporting platform for healthcare.
  • Existing Knowledge of Business Objects Reporting Solution.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with SQL, PL SQL and CCL code writing.
  • Experience in Agile environment and System Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), running regression tests on systems, and identifying, designing, and optimizing new and existing test cases.
  • Good understanding of Scheduling and Registration, HIM, Provider, Pharmacy, lab and Nursing Workflows.
  • B.A. shall have experience with the ability to understand and document business requirements for reporting in a HIPAA regulated environment.
  • JIRA tool experience.

Duration: 6/30/25 with possibility for extension
